What to check before renting
Part size and basket clearance
Measure the largest part in the position it will be cleaned. Interior tank dimensions are a starting point; the basket, supports and working liquid level reduce usable space. Include part weight and the number of items in each batch.
Materials and buildup
Describe the metals, coatings and seals, along with the oils, residue or other buildup you need to remove. Equipment selection and cleaning solution need to suit the complete part, including any mixed materials.
Workshop setup
Check the published electrical supply and the space needed for filling, draining and handling parts. Larger tanks list three-phase power. The supplied unit, accessories and transport arrangements are reviewed with your quote.
Should I choose a larger tank for faster batch cleaning?
